When you click “Start Free” you agree to the following billing schedule (also shown at checkout):
Free 30 days → then $2 for the first paid month → then $7/month ongoing (until you cancel).
As a premium CricutNY member, you have 100% commercial rights to use our special tools:
You may use these tools with no limitation to create and sell products on Etsy, Shopify, Amazon Handmade, or any other platform. You keep 100% of the profit.
👉 You may sell the outputs (maps, name prints, labels), but you may not resell or share the underlying software/tools themselves.
When you’re an active member, CricutNY grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our designs, fonts, and digital assets (“Assets”):
If you file a chargeback, we will submit evidence showing:
We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent disputes.
We may update, add, or remove content, features, or tools at any time. Access may be occasionally interrupted for maintenance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York State, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CricutNY.
All designs, fonts, and digital assets offered by CricutNY are original works crafted by hand by our design team. Some may be inspired by themes, styles, or characters that resemble well-known brands (e.g., “Barbie,” “Grinch,” etc.).
CricutNY makes no claim of affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by any third-party brand, and we do not license or sell trademark rights. By using our designs, you accept full responsibility for how you use them, including compliance with copyright, trademark, and marketplace rules.
CricutNY is not liable for takedowns, IP disputes, financial losses, or legal claims arising from your use of designs that reference or resemble third-party brands. If you are unsure whether your intended use is lawful, it is your responsibility to seek legal advice.
